The Consumer Product Safety Commission along with car seat manufacturer Dorel is recalling about 447, 000 of its baby car seat carriers.

There have been three injuries to babies and 77 reports of the handle coming off of the carrier. The seats were sold under different names at department and child product stores from January of last year through last month.
